Noa Swisa is a PhD Candidate in the DAAD Center for German Studies. Her dissertation examines German-Israeli relations since German reunification, specifically aiming to identify the mechanisms of continuity and endurance of special relationships in general and that of the German-Israeli in particular. Noa is a member of the research group led by Professor Zohar Kamf and Dr. Gadi Heimann working on friendship in international relations.

Noa holds a B.A in International relations and Business Management and M.A in Contemporary German Studies, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
