Einat Elazari is a PhD candidate at the European Forum; her research is focused on urban climate policies and the diverse policy tools cities employ to mitigate and adapt to climate change. Under the guidance of Prof. Lior Herman and Prof. Gillad Rosen, Einat's multidisciplinary approach and background allow her to study how cities across the globe conduct urban climate experiments to test a wide range of climate solutions.

 She holds a master’s degree in European Studies from Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf in Germany and a B.A. in government Diplomacy and Strategy from Reichmann University in Israel. During her professional career, Einat has worked in various roles such as an analyst in government ministries, political advisor in the Israeli Mission to the UN, and director of research and analysis at a global consulting firm.
