Damian Filut is a PhD candidate at the European Forum at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His research analyzes the evolution of the Development agenda with the end of the Cold War from an international perspective and from nation-state perspective. Taking the European Union as a point of reference, the research compares different processes undertaken by leading actors in this field. Under the supervision of Prof. Guy Harpaz, Damian intends to enhance the development field and its place in the international agenda.

He holds a master’s degree in European Studies and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Latin American Studies, both from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
