Each year, the Center for Austrian Studies at the European Forum awards scholarships to study the German language in Austria, in intensive courses of 3 weeks to 2 months.
The Prof. Dr. Peter Landesmann scholarships are funded by the host institutes and the Friends of the Hebrew University in Austria, and supported by the Austrian Federal Ministry of Science and Research, the Austrian Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs, and the National Bank of Austria.
In 2024, we will offer scholarships to summer courses at the University of Vienna (1 to 2 months), the Alpen-Adria-University Klagenfurt (3 weeks), and the Johannes Kepler University Linz (3 weeks).
All Hebrew University students, from all degrees and faculties, are eligible to apply.
